Given is a two page document that includes photos, a written statement on the date of origin, on the art historical importance, on the technology and a reliable statement on the current replacement value and estimation value on the art market.

\nThe valuation of collections, inheritances and household valuables is carried out on site and includes the documentation of stocks with photos, sizes, a short description, the replacement value and the summary of all ratings in document form.

\nDamage assessments are created after a reasonable investigation to the original. A damage assessment includes the collection and detailed written description of the damage , the analysis of the damage caused , the calculation of the significance of the damage to the artwork (damage quality) and traceable calculating the depreciation of the work of art after the damage.

Examination of the condition of an artwork with a statement about the original substance, the remaining original substance and later changes. Condition reporting before transport and loan.
\nThe condition of an artwork is examined and documented under direct, reflected and raking visible light, under the microscope and by using UV light (UV fluorescence). Before buying and selling artwork, a condition examination informs about obscured or forged changes of an original at a certain point in time.
\nCondition reporting is an ongoing process that documents and maps the condition of an artwork before transport and while on loan. Occurring damages can be traced back to its origin and responsibilities can be identified.
